Lea is responsible for the development of strategic direction within the German market, the analysis and identification of new business areas, and strategic partnerships. She has been with Hitachi Energy Ltd. since January 2021 and holds both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT). Since October 2024, she has been serving as the Chair of the Next Generation Network (NGN) in Germany.
